My 1st visit was just looking. Next time I asked Fernando several questions and he was very helpful and honest with me about my needs regarding a phone. 2 days ago I looked at Telcel online and found a few phones that I would be interested in, and they were mostly a lot cheaper than in the store. I was nearby the Telcel store again and when I went in and asked Fernando if I got a phone online could he transfer all my info from my old phone if I brought them both in. He said yes and that he could even order the phone for me, and get it sent there for the online price and then I could go in and get the transferring done. That was so nice....one of the phones was $2999p in the store and $2299p online....a big difference. I'm deciding if I can limp along with my old phone till April when I leave Mexico, and get a new one in Nov. when I return. Tempting though to do it now, with all the help I can get with Fernando. Its a small office but has 3 agents and its busiest is a line to pay Telcel bills and top up plans, so purchasing something wouldn't require much waiting.
