Mala atención. Hice un pedido de unos lentes. Me generaron mi factura y puntual llega su cobro sin recibir mis lentes . 13/11/2020 . Este día 5/12/2020 esperando a q me conteste.. me dejó enganchado a la llamada el gerente... En tiempo llevo más de 1.55.30 horas minutos segundos. Sin que me resuelva.. esto mandaré a Culiacán Sinaloa.. Faltó comentar que he marcado a su tienda en dos ocasiones dejo mi número p contacto y nada.. A está fecha ninguna llamada de sus ejecutivos. Mínimo del vendedor. Pero nada.. eso sí tengo ya el comprobante del pago sin recibir el producto.
