En este lugar es inamisible que sacaron el cajero de la planta baja y lo pusieron al primer piso y NO ESTÁ UN ELEVADOR PARA PERSONAS!!!! Y TUVE QUE SALIR CON MI HERMANA QUE CAMINA CON UNA ADELANTE RA Y NO PUEDE SUBIR UNA ESCALERA, EN UN MONTACARGA LLENA DE MERCANCÍA. Y REBAJARME EN IGUAL MODO. UNA VERDADERA VERGÜENZA. Y a la ventanilla del banco no me dejaron hacer un depósito a una BBVA ( y tengo cuenta bancaria con este coppel) porqué lo iba hacer en efectivo. Y aunque estaba despusta a pagar la comisión de $40. Trato orible.
