DO NOT buy anything from this store. The products are garbage and the customer service at Soley Plaza Altabrisa Mérida was terrible. I bought 1 bracelet and it turned black after wearing it literally 1 time. I went to the store 3 times trying to return it or exchange it and they made me return twice because the manager was not there. On the third visit the manager told me that she couldn't exchange the bracelet for me because the allowed time to exchange it had passed. Their products and service are literal GARBAGE. Do not waste your money here.
