Zero star rating for this hair salon called Matuy in Gran Plaza shopping mall in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico. Absolutely terrible terrible service. My friend Carlos went to have a haircut and told the guy to cut "medium" in Spanish. The guy confirmed "medium". After the hair cut, you can even see the skin on my friend's head!!! This is the ugliest and worst haircut my friend ever had. And the guy who cut the hair still insists it's "medium" when you can see the skin in the head without much hair at all!!! It's so outrageous and terrible service from this Matuy hair salon in Mazatlan, Sinaloa. Cero calificación de estrellas para este salón de belleza llamado Matuy en el centro comercial Gran Plaza en Mazatlán, Sinaloa, México. Absolutamente terrible servicio terrible. Mi amigo Carlos se hizo un corte de cabello y le dijo al chico que cortara "medium" en español. El chico confirmó "mediano". ¡Después del corte de cabello, incluso puedes ver la piel en la cabeza de mi amigo! Este es el peinado más feo y peor que mi amigo haya tenido. Y el chico que se corta el cabello aún insiste en que es "medio" cuando puedes ver la piel en la cabeza sin mucho pelo. Es un servicio tan escandaloso y terrible de esta peluquería Matuy en Mazatlán, Sinaloa, México.
