(1/5) TERRIBLE! The owner is a thief! Do Not waste your valuable time

We were tourists walking through the mall and stopped into the Diesel store. Horrible experience when we ended up purchasing a pair of men's jeans and realized right away that she over-charged us. If we were able to see what the charge was, we would have stopped it but there was nothing to show the amount of the transaction. She refused to reverse the difference (that was initially mentioned to us by her sales guy), and told us she was unable to return the item. No English, no manners, no professionalism. Luckily we ended up using our Visa card. We ended up having to bring in the mall security because she bluntly and rudely refused to refund us our money, and needed the store landline to call the credit card company (which she lied about having). She literally started arguing with us because we asked for the credit! She go angry and started raising her voice at my husband and I. After on hold with Visa for 20 min, the 'B' hung up the phone on us...as some other customers walked in. This ended up in a much bigger altercation that need be. This store is run by an incapable unprofessional women who has no respect for her customers. Trust me, don't waste your time. From an experienced traveler (and shopper!), I have NEVER experienced anyone so ill-mannered and unreasonable in my life! Reading other reviews, this lady and her staff stole some tourists' cell phone just before... Have fun in Cancun, but DO NOT GO INTO THE DIESEL STORE.
