Tengo 70 años me inscribi en TECFIT Interlomas hace 3 años pesaba 86 kilos mido 1.72 durante los primeros 4 meses baje 6 kilos y los otros 2.5 años me he mantenido +o - en 79/80 kilos, estoy muy satisfecho ademas duermo bien, asisto una vez por semana regularmente, tengo perfectos reflejos,mi cuerpo y mente están en equilibrio y con frio o calor o lluvia continuo motivado, pienso que es el ejercicio perfecto a cualquier edad, desarrolle gluteos q me faltaba un poco y cada semana cuando termino mi ejercicio máximo en 30 minutos me siento formidable y contento el equipo q atiende y entrena dan un servicio personalizado y muy profesional ha sido mi gran experiencia
