Tienen que capacitar al personal en como tratar al paciente, la persona que me atendió no me informo del procedimiento, no lavo la parte que manipularia, no uso guante, pensé que lo haría al iniciar, pero cuando menos pensé me inyecto la anestesia, sin avisar o mencionar que tendría mesita, el dedo lo ligo dando 3 vueltas y no supe que dolió más, si la ligadura, la anestesia o la extracción de la uña, fue una experiencia muy traumática, tomen en cuenta el comentario como área de mejora
