Today I was returning two pairs of men's shorts. I was waited on by a young man named Aaron who gave me a very hard time. The shorts obviously had all the tags in place including the cardboard size tags that are actually sewn into the shorts until they are worn. I returned a blue pair and a pink pair. He actually sniffed the waistband of the pink ones and then the crotch area. What that was all about I have no clue. It was obvious they were never worn. He then left the counter area with just the pink shorts and I stood there 10 minutes until he returned where he promptly printed a receipt and gave me my money back. I asked for a credit but oh well. No thank you no nothing. Very rude service!!! He should be reprimanded or fired. Yes, I'm a gringo living full time in PV. I will certainly not shop I. Your store again. Liverpool does not have rude insulting representatives. I asked for a supervisor but got no response.
