La manager de la sucursal de este famoso café en Puebla ubicacion TOLIN deja mucho que desear, una actitud hacia el cliente pèsima, se molesta por cambiar un baguette para llevar por comer dento del cafe, cuando ni siquiera pregunta para donde es el servicio, es altanera, grosera, prepotente y trata de amenazar al cliente y como manager da un mal ejemplo a su equipo y una muy mala reputación a la sucursal. NO RECOMIENDO IR A PLAZA TOLIN (ITALIAN COFFE) DESGRACIADAMENTE EL PERSONAL A CARGO ES INCOMPETENTE PREPOTENETE Y POCO EFICIENTE. TACHE POR EL PERSONAL POCO CAPACITADO Y QUE FALTA AL RESPETO!!!
