Mi queja va dirigida a las personas encargadas del trabajo desempeñado por lo subjerentes ya que tuve un detalle las guardia de seguridad me extraviaron mi bolsa que deje en paqueteria y al momento de venir el subjerente a checar que había pasado el me trato de una manera déspota y me gritaba no dándome la solución a mi problema se me hace una falta de responsabilidad y de respeto ya qué soy cliente frecuente y no fue justo el trato y no me regresaron mi bolsa con la mercancía extraviada.
